Did someone say Rugby???
We did! This year Norco College is lauching the first ever Men's Club Rugby team. These men are fast, strong and determined! Practices start September 23 and we kick off their season with the first home preseason game on Saturday, October 26 against the Titans from CSU Fullerton! In preparation for their season, the team has been hard at work fundraising through Blast Athletics. The fundraiser has been running for only four days and has raised almost $1,300. The money will go to practice gear and mandatory USA Rugby dues for each student-athlete. After covering these costs, the remainder of the money with funnel back into the program to pay for referees, travel expenses, and team bonding events. There is an option to donate to the "whole team" as well.
