Norco College Names Bryan Kuderman Head Women's Soccer Coach

Head Women's Soccer Coach, Bryan Kuderman

Norco College Athletics is excited to formally introduce Bryan Kuderman, who serves as the Norco College Head Women's Soccer Coach. Coach Kuderman started his journey at Norco College in Fall 2018.

Kuderman brings over 30 years of professional coaching experience. Prior to coming to Norco College, Kuderman became the director of community relations for the men's soccer team at UC Riverside in 2013 after a successful stint as the Head Coach for the Men's Soccer team at Biola University. During his 11 seasons at Biola, Kuderman posted the best winning percentage in the program's 53-year history, with a record of 115-75-17 (.597 winning percentage). His teams averaged over 10 wins a season and finished with a .500 or better record in all but two seasons. Three times his team won 13 or more matches and twice qualified for the NAIA tournament.

Before becoming the Head Coach at Biola, Kuderman was an Assistant Coach for the California State University, San Bernardino men's squad for two seasons. A graduate of California Baptist University, where he received his bachelor's degree in Physical Education/Kinesiology and a master's degree in Education: Sport Leadership, Kuderman also spent two seasons as an Assistant Coach for the Lancers from 1996-98. 

Kuderman is active in all levels of the game, serving as an Olympic development coach, a California Youth Soccer Association coaching instructor, a high school coach (25 years) and club coach (20 years). For the last eight years, he has been Director with the nationally ranked Legends FC and has placed a number of players into their Development Academy. He has served as a camp director for the University Notre Dame and Stanford.

"My goal is to convert the current program into perennial champions in Southern California and make Norco College the premiere community college for female players." said Kuderman.
